Hi there! I’m Teresa, an experienced UX leader & designer. I have a passion for design, innovation, and bringing people together to create products, services, and digital experiences that are thoughtful, purposeful, and impactful. My motivation is to solve problems and create elegant solutions that make life easier and empower people to accomplish their goals. 

I have 10 years of experience in user experience design, user experience strategy, product design, and service development. I've specialized in user experience and user interface design, but I've been involved in everything from user research to visual design. Being versatile and resourceful, I draw from a robust set of strategy, design, and research methods.

My professional experience spans a broad range of industries which include financial services, technology, construction and engineering, consumer and enterprise products, and education. I have a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, where I specialized in product and service development, and a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art and Art History from Hunter College. I also have a UX Management Certification from NN/g, and a Human-Centered Design Facilitator Certification from the LUMA Institute. 

In my spare time, I enjoy learning new things, being in nature, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
