The Chase Mobile and Web app integrates Chase banking and J.P. Morgan wealth management into one easy-to-use experience. Customers can invest on their own, with a personal advisor, or a robo advisor. The investment management experience allows users to securely monitor and manage their accounts, track investments, move money, access the latest thought leadership and more.

As the lead UX designer, I led and managed through the design and delivery phases of the Investment management experience. I also partnered with the Innovation team to kick off the efforts for the prospective client experience and the Investments 2.0 strategy.

Overall increase in customer satisfaction by 18 points from the previous year.
In addition to overall satisfaction, the Chase Mobile app scored highest in the following categories:
